1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CustomerProof, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. License to Use CustomerProof and Your Assets
Subject to these terms and your subscription, CustomerProof grants you a license to use the service to generate marketing assets and case studies from your own customer evidence.
You own the assets you generate. On a paid plan (Solo, Pro, or CustomerProof Studio), the watermark is removed and you may use the assets you export for any purpose, including commercial use — in ads, landing pages, sales decks, emails, and other business materials. On the free plan, exported previews carry a watermark and are for evaluation only.
You agree not to:
- Remove or alter watermarks on free-plan previews, or otherwise bypass paid-plan gating
- Copy, resell, or sublicense the CustomerProof software itself, as opposed to the assets you generate
- Decompile or reverse engineer any software that makes up the CustomerProof service
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices belonging to CustomerProof from the service
- Use the service to generate assets from evidence you do not have the right to use
3. Disclaimer
The materials on CustomerProof are provided on an 'as is' basis. CustomerProof makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall CustomerProof or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CustomerProof.
5. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on CustomerProof could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. CustomerProof does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. CustomerProof may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
6. Links
CustomerProof has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by CustomerProof of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
7. Modifications
CustomerProof may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in this location.
9. Refunds and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions — including Solo ($39/month), Pro ($99/month), and CustomerProof Studio ($249/month) — are refundable in full if you request a refund within 3 days of purchase, for any reason. To request a refund, contact us within 3 days of your purchase and we will process it — no questions asked. Subscriptions are month-to-month; cancel anytime in your billing settings and you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
One-time case study credits (single credits and credit packs) are non-refundable once a credit has been redeemed to publish a case study. Unredeemed credits may be refunded within 3 days of purchase. All case study credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
