Get CustomerProof running in three steps.

Create your workspace

Sign up at customerproof.app and create your team workspace. Add your company name, logo, and brand colors so generated assets match your identity from day one.

Connect your proof sources

Go to Settings → Sources and connect your first proof source — a Google Drive folder with case studies, a Notion database of testimonials, or your G2 profile. CustomerProof automatically ingests and indexes your content.

Generate your first asset

Navigate to the Asset Builder, describe the deal or campaign you're working on (industry, company size, pain point), and CustomerProof will match your best proof and generate a ready-to-send one-pager or email snippet.

CustomerProof connects directly to your existing sources — Google Drive, Notion, Salesforce attachments, G2, Capterra, and more. After you authenticate each source, CustomerProof automatically indexes your content and makes it searchable without any manual tagging.

What file formats does CustomerProof support?

CustomerProof supports PDF, DOCX, Google Docs, web URLs, and plain text for case studies and testimonials. For review data, it connects directly to G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot via API. For CRM data, it syncs with Salesforce and HubSpot.

How long does it take to set up CustomerProof?

Most teams complete initial setup in under 30 minutes. Connecting your first proof source and generating your first asset typically takes less than 10 minutes. Full CRM integration with custom templates takes 1–2 hours.
